Independent researcher and knowledge activist, she has been carrying out participative action researches, comparative and evaluation research and studies, EBR in the field of health and social care, local development, employment, education and training, innovation in public administration, personal and professional development at national an international level since 1999.
She has developed curriculum and in-service training in EU and international project design & management, participatory and community planning, evaluation of public services, intercultural communication and emotional literacy, facilitation techniques and tools, media literacy, no hate speech, enterpreneurship education, heutagogy and other learner-centered approaches, evidence based policy and practice. She has drafted and edited curriculum guidelines for trainers and Train of Trainers programmes and trained trainers, educators, teachers, health and social workers, civil servants and consultants in Italy, Spain, Malta, France and The Netherlands
She teaches methodology of research and statistics at the University of Rome Tor Vergata Bachelor Degree in Nursing and Bachelor Degree in Speech and Language Therapy. Member of the European Evaluation Society since 2005. Research coach and certified mindfulness – MBSR teacher.”
